Important information
- All entries must be clearly legible
- Make sure to supply a typed version of all handwritten entries along with the document to facilitate translation. Do not forget to bring your passport so that we can verify the spelling of your name.
- During certain periods various African countries instead of birth certificates issued affidavits which are now used for the same purposes. If you are not sure whether your documents will be accepted by the authorities please clarify any doubts before commissioning the translation.
- Some countries do not issue individual certificates but instead use family books containing the documents of all family members. If you choose to translate individual pages only please let us know specifically which ones.
