Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide in the inquiry will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

When you contact us using the online form, you provide us with a range of data. We process the following personal data you provide:

  • delivery address
  • telephone number
  • e-mail address
  • IP address

Purposes of data processing

We process this personal data exclusively for dealing with your inquiry and - if an order is subsequently placed - to execute the order you have placed. The data provided by you is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude any contract with you. Unless expressly stated below, no further processing of the data takes place. The lawfulness of such data processing is therefore defined in particular by article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Transmission of personal data

During data processing your personal data may be transmitted by us to the following recipients as a result of your request:

  • parcel services, forwarding agents, or postal service providers commissioned by us
  • the accounting and tax consultancy firm commissioned by us
  • in the case of a subscription to our newsletter to mailjet.com

If your order is placed outside Austria, the recipients named here may be located outside your country or your personal data may be processed there. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has established an adequate level of data protection. No further data is transferred to third parties.

Data storage

We would like to point out that the website operator stores your IP data as well as your name, address, e-mail address, and, if applicable, telephone number in cookies to simplify the inquiry process and for subsequent contract processing. After cancelling the inquiry process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, services ordered and order date are also stored until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods (max. 30 years).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Our newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your approval to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time directly in the newsletter via the unsubscribe link. This is considered a revocation of your consent to receive the newsletter. This does not affect the legality of the newsletters sent to you up to this point. You can also cancel your subscription by sending an email to office@adhoc.at, stating your email address. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. The newsletter is sent via "Mailjet", a newsletter distribution platform run by the German provider Mailjet GmbH | Friedrichstraße 68, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on Mailjet’s servers. Mailjet uses this information to send and analyze the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, Mailjet may, according to its own information, use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, Mailjet does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of Mailjet. Mailjet is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and thus undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations. We have also concluded a "Data Processing Agreement" with Mailjet. This is a contract in which Mailjet undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
